Real Time Monitoring and Emergency Response

Operating 24 hours per day and 7 days a week, First Line Security’s Customer Communication Centre (C3) monitors alarms, video, and access signals in a hardened monitoring centre.


C3 directs First Line’s security officers and mobile response units, and liaises with emergency response agencies across northern British Columbia.

First Line Security’s trained C3 Operators use remote cameras to verify alarm triggers and events, ensuring client response and escalation protocols are strictly adhered to.

The cameras on site can provide an alarm signal through video motion detection which allows mobile response team members to be dispatched instantly. Other devices are known to also trigger video transmission to the C3 through the integration of alarms or access control points into the video system.
